Job Description

A sizeable Pharmaceutical Company in Kowloon, is looking for high calibre candidates to fill following position:

5.5 days, medical scheme, double pay, bank holidays

Job duties :

- F.5 or above

- 1-3 years relevant experience in customer service field - preferably in medicine / health care products / cosmetic industries

- Good telephone manner and presentation skills

- To handle customer complaints

- Order taking and delivery control

- Good English and Mandarin

- Good pc skills

- Immediate available
