WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

The job holder is responsible for developing new accounts and managing assigned key accounts in order to grow sales in the long term and achieve set sales and strategic targets in the short term

The job holder will

• Achieve the sales goal and various KPIs.
• Formulate and implement the annual business plan and development plan for key accounts.
• Develop new customers by market and potential customers visit, client’s own network, trade magazines or fairs and so on.
• Manage and implement approved sales strategies, eg rebate schemes for individual account.
• Develop, offer and implement on-going business solutions and consultations to customers through value-added advice, trend/product information and product development support.
• Gain customer insight and build strong relationships with the customers, Tailor solutions and create customer needs by fully utilizing our local and global strengths and resources

WHAT WE EXPECT
a motivated talent, who brings along the following background:

• Bachelor Degree holder in any disciplines
• Min 5-8 years experience in New Business Development and Account Management
• Able to manage customers and seize opportunity
• Excellent negotiation skill and influencing skill
• Able to act independently and yet able to work within a team
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
