Job Description
Our Financial Institution client is urgently seeking for a Customer Support Manager -
Responsibilities:
- Formulate plan and policies to achieve sales and services delivery goals
- Oversee daily operation of CS Centre to ensure smooth customer service delivery;
- Ensure the daily operation comply with company’s standard, procedures and regulations
- Design customized solutions and personalized service to assure customer satisfaction;
- Identify potential risks and security measures required by different services; ie. e-channels
Requirements:
- Degree with 8 years+ of relevant experience of which at least 3 years in managerial role;
- Professional qualification in HKSI Paper 1, 7 & 8 and IIQE Paper 1 & 3;
- Strong knowledge in best practices regarding conflict management and complaint handling;
- Understand regulatory requirements in financial industry; Putonghua is a MUST
