Responsibilities:

• Support the Supply Chain Solutions team and commercial teams for solution proposals and optimizing customer specific solutions;
• Provide accurate input to pricing-models, reflecting known system and process capabilities as well as agreed and documented requirements from strategic customers;
• Provide expertise and input to business case calculations to ensure profitable and attractive engagements with customers;
• Accurately reflect and document proposed/agreed supply chain solutions in required Business Requirement Specifications (BRS), Process Maps and other relevant solution descriptions or documents;
• Actively engage in the development, review and refinement of Master SOP, IOPs, processes and standards;
• Support business implementation projects with training for onboarding specific customers and implement SOPs, IOPs and internal work instructions;
• Align processes with Supply Chain Solution Delivery, involved core products, IT and Business Implementation to ensure supply chain solutions services are being implemented and operated according to customer expectations and Panalpina product capabilities;
• Aid in the system development and configuration of systems to best support Supply Chain Solutions services

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• 8 years relevant experience in freight forwarding industry
• Solid experience in new customer project implementation including supply chain design and engineering, optimization and respective supply chain analytics
• International experience / work experience abroad preferred
• Good command in both English and Chinese
