Job Description

Our client is a well-established fashionable apparel company in Hong Kong with global presence. They are now seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join their team.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct a team of Shop Mangers and Assistant Shop Managers to achieve company’s goals and sales target
  • Manage quality service standards and translate customer requirements into strategies and processes
  • Build and sustain retail staff morale in their respective stores; lead in creating a positive environment or teamwork and loyalty to the business, as well as a sales-oriented culture in each shop
  • Act as a communication bridge in between frontline sales staff and management
  • Propose offensive/defensive strategic recommendations by identifying competitors and other market factors in the area that might affect the performance of each store
  • Ensure effective and sufficient stock allocation and replenishment. Help streamline routine operational procedures to maximize productivity
  • Ensure all operational standards set by the Company are met
  • Provide counseling, coaching, training and motivating the retail sales staff at shops. Optimize staffing and talent management
  • Develop and maintain a genuine service culture within each store. Facilitate the sharing of best practices among stores
  • Hold district sales meeting, report sales results and activities on timely basis
  • Take ownership for personal development in anticipation of business requirement and future succession plan

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years experience of which at least 3 years at managerial level for District / Area Management, preferable from Fashion Retail industry
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing or related disciplines
  • A proven-track record in driving and implementing continuous improvements in retail operations
  • Strong business sense, good logical thinking and experience in sales & market trend analysis
  • Independent, well organized, responsible and highly initiative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong leadership, organizing and analytical and numerical skills
  • Good command of PC knowledge
