Head of Client Service
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain good relationship as well as providing personalized services to institutional and corporate clients
- Handle customer enquirers: online/offline/social media platform
- Responsible for assisting and processing of clients account opening including the accurate input of client details into the internal databases and trading systems;
- Responsible for dealing with daily client enquiries ranging from platform issues, statement errors and queries;
- Responsible for problem solving and follow up on client's queries;
- As an integral part of the customer service team, the candidate will work closely with Operations, Compliance, and Sales departments;
- Responsible for the production of daily and weekly client enquiry and complaints reports;
- Manage a team of customer service representatives.
Requirements
- Fintech, Blockchain or Cryptocurrency knowledge or working experience is highly preferred;
- Prior experiences working in the client services department within a brokerage firm or securities firm are highly preferred;
- Degree holder in Finance/Accounting/Business /Hospitality or related discipline(s);
- 5 years of relevant client service, operation, settlement, or project management experience. Candidate with less experience will be considered as a Senior Client Service Officer;
- Familiar with rules and regulations of other cryptocurrency exchange will be a plus;
- Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must;
- Immediate availability is a plus.
