Responsibilities:

• Handle air freight & sea freight free hand inbound, outbound and cross-trade shipments with customers on all fields both imports and exports
• Handle customer's enquiries, complaints, quotations, overseas agent correspondence and offering solutions
• Act as a main coordinator on daily operation with our clients and internal departments
• Check & obtain sailing schedule / flight details / Transit time and keep updating shipments details & status to concerned customers & overseas parties
• Cooperate with Operations departments to follow up on free-hand shipments. Liaise with concerned Sales staff for rate negotiations and/or getting management approvals when necessary
• Ensure compliance with company’s and customer’s standard operating procedure

 Requirement:

• Degree holder in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• 2-3 years of customer services experience in freight forwarding industry
• Knowledge of handling both air freight and sea freight shipments
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on PC operations including MS office and Chinese Word Processing
• Responsible, pro-active and attention to details
• Be a good team player and able to work under pressure
• Location: Tsuen Wan
