Responsibilities:

• To lead and motivate the team to achieve objectives and targets in terms of sales, profitability, KPIs and service standard
• Store and staff management - Oversee store daily operation to ensure the store is operating properly
• Formulate and implement strategies to maximize sales and profits
• Maintain high standard of customer service standard and brand image
• Train up and motivate shop staff for providing the best service to customer

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above
• Minimum 5-8 years’ retail management experience with at least 3 years at Management level
• Self-motivated, strong communications & service oriented with a positive attitude
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Familiar with Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Shop Manager
