Job Description

The Job

To provide business-to-business customer services to our clients in the food, cosmetics and other consumer goods industries.
To handle client’s enquiries and to provide quotations. Resolve customer’s dissatisfaction.
To coordinate between external clients and internal teams to monitor and follow up on progress of testing projects and other technical services.
On-the-job training will be provided to equip our client services executive to deliver best in class services.

The Person

Degree holder
Possesses a strong client services mindset
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese as well as Putonghua
Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
Experienced candidates can be considered for the position of Senior Client Services Executive
Fresh graduates will also be considered
