Job Description

Basic Requirements:

Form 7 or above
Candidates with or without working experience in Customer Service will be considered.
Responsible, reliable, patient, pro-active and aggressive
Good communication skill
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and Chinese Word Processing
Willing to work under pressure and overtime
Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua

Major Responsibilities:

Follow-up shipment orders via liaising with branch offices, overseas agents and customers
Provide full support to Operations Teams and co-operate with Sales Team
Promote company services / products to current customers and working partners
Vendors' management
Prepare reports and quotation
Join sales visit if required
