Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:

  • To gather information regarding the market position of the rival companies in order to plan, implement and follow up activities to improve the market position of the company.
  • To arrange daily sales activities according to a prepared visiting plan, and make the weekly sales recap as well as an annual marketing summary.
  • To analyze the market trends, comprehend the customers need and coordinate with the each internal division to present the correct products, give some technical advice to customer.
  • To set strategies in order to sustainably increase the market share of the company.
  • To monitor the customers feed-back and ensure a quick and proper response to all the suggestions and complaints from the customer.
  • To monitor the open payments and prevent a risky bad debt.

Skills and requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above (Major in Textile or Garment will be advantage) ;
  • Good selling and presentation skills as well as communication and organization;
  • At least 3 years sales experience in garment related industry;
  • A self-starter with an ability to work independently and under pressure;
  • A good team worker with a global sense;
  • Fresh graduate or candidate with less experience will be considered as assistant sales executive
