ELEVATE is seeking an energetic individual to lead our Client Services function that focuses on the delivery of services to a key client of ELEVATE’s – a major sourcing organization headquartered in Hong Kong.

The successful candidate will have a positive, proactive, flexible and creative approach to delivering their work to a high standard of excellence and integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of our key client’s operating groups.
• Building and managing relationships within the key client’s operating groups.
• Overseeing operational delivery of agreed activities (audit management, factory improvement programs, and other defined ELEVATE services) that involve coordinating with internal global operations teams (e.g. North Asia, South & Southeast Asia).
• Support and develop Program Management team members.
• Regular trips to our client’s local offices with occasional trips to meet vendor compliance management teams of key brands.
• Responding to client inquiries and trouble-shooting any issues associated with the client in particular as they relate to billing, coordination or field requirements.
• Act as expert on specific client requirements on social compliance program management including providing clear guidance for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries regularly, and maintaining updated systems and documents.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree level education
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese (verbal and writing)
• Excellent interactive and communication skills, with excellent written and verbal business etiquette
• High level of integrity and positive outlook
• Ability to work independently
• Collaborative teamwork
• Ability to network and undertake business development duties as needed
• Client and service oriented with a strategic mind-set and commercial sense
• Project management experience is preferred

Professional Experience:

• 6 + years of experience, ideally in responsible sourcing either for a brand, retailer or service provider
