Job Description

General Purpose

Job holder is to handle all sales support and customer service activities of assigned accounts. The position will be based in Hong Kong.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  •  Attend to general inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, delivery surcharges and lead time
  •  Work with Sales team to understand and execute pricing and supply terms for each account
  •  Manage the order-to-delivery process to ensure smooth completion, including coordination with Sales and Supply Chain team
  •  Fulfill delivery requirements for orders, coping with changes in delivery requirements and provide professional advices in relation to local geographical conditions and limitations
  •  Order follow-up activities, including submission of delivery notes for invoicing and outstanding payment monitoring
  •  Maintain continuous and positive rapport with customers, monitor account performance and any changes in assigned accounts
  •  Investigates and solves customer’s problems

 

Education and Experience

  •  Degree or Diploma holder in Marketing/Supply Chain/Business Studies
  •  Over 3 years relevant working experience in sales support, supply chain or customer service
  •  Experience in marine industry is an advantage
  •  Strong in Excel and other MS office applications
  •  Self-motivated, confidence, ability to work independently and effective in communication
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin, (both written and spoken)
