Job Description

The Sales Manager will build and establish relationships with clients to sell the company's products and ensure repeat business. This role will present product features and benefits with customers, prepares presentations, and negotiates prices. This role will also build and maintain good relationship with existing customers while continually seeking out new prospects.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of intimate apparel, be operationally-savvy, analytical, and creative. This position will report to the Vice President Asia Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Contacts assigned / new customer accounts or prospects to sell company products by nature of customers
• Focuses on personal sales targets, new business development, maintaining customer relationships, and troubleshooting specific customer problems
• Develops product and market knowledge
• Meets personal sales targets as established, focusing on moderate accounts with a complex product range
• Prepares more complex sales presentations, and proposals of moderate complexity
• Participates in special projects such as design meetings, new product launches, and new marketing initiatives which are complex in nature.
• Completes special projects and other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or a relevant field of study
• Minimum 10+ years’ experience in retail sales and/or retail operations
• Three or more years’ experience in developing and executing operational processes in a retail environment
• Proficient in analyzing traditional retail KPI's
• Experience in sales budgeting and/or P&L analysis
• Able to travel on business frequently
• Proficient in MS Office, good spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Confident & self-motivated, with strong analytical skills and global business sense; able to work independently and under pressure;
