Job Description
Duty and Responsibility:
1. Manage all incoming calls to the department and follows up in a timely manner. And process the reservation (including accommodation, Transportation, entertainment) processes in a timely and professional manner
2. Responsible manage the overseas arrangement, include Guest itinerary, gaming credit arrangement, entertainment or activities.
3. Corresponds with guests on their inquiries through telephone or emails in a timely.
4. Familiar the department operation, ready for cooperate of re-allocation anytime.
5. Report incident to the superior and update local/overseas activity information.
6. Ensure a safe, clean and secure environment
7. Assist manage office stationery and purchases.
8. Ensures delivery of excellent and exceptional customer service to our customer, and measures customer satisfaction. Always provide welcome and initiative manner to our customer.
Requirement:
1. Well computer skill including Microsoft Office and documentation.
2. Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), Positive attitude, Highly motivated, energetic and creative
3. 1 years or above working experience
4. Bachelor Degree or above
5. Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin in spoken and written
6. Be able to complete the job task independent
