Sales Account Manager
Job Description
- Engage and build relationships with customers, develop customers’ profiles
- Craft proposals and coordinate quotations
- Liaise with clients in matters relating to projects, payment, renewal and events/training
- Work with relevant internal/external teams to address customers’ requests
- Identify, develop and track opportunities to closure
- Cold calling to grow existing account base
- Garner on client’s pain points and issues in order to generate interest
- Project management, liaise with internal, vendor and customer
- Updating of CRM to identify, develop and track opportunities
Skill Sets
- Self-driven with Technical ICT Solutions sales experience, preferably in SI/reseller/distribution environment
- Experience in selling IT solutions in hospitality / retail / F&B environment / manufacturing / Logistics will be an advantage
- Ability to conduct effective customers’ conversations
- Ability to understand customers’ requirements with clear documentation skills
- Self-directed to plan sales activities and account planning with customers
- Ability to coordinate resources internally to support customers’ requests
- Develop deep accounts understanding and drive sales closure
- Supports and contributes to business opportunities
- Project management
- Flexible and self-motivated to take on any accounts for development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with consultative/solution selling methodologies also preferred
Job Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Business or any related field preferred
- Minimum 2-4 years’ relevant experience
- Self-driven with Software Solutions sales experience, preferably in POS solutions
- Experience in selling IT solutions into retail / F&B environment will be an advantage
- Ability to conduct effective customers’ conversations
- Ability to understand customers’ requirements with clear documentation skills
- Self-directed to plan and coordinate sales and implementation
- Self-directed to plan and coordinate sales and implementation
- Ability to coordinate resources internally to support customers’ requests
- Flexible and self-motivated for fast pace environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiar with consultative/solution selling methodologies preferred
- 5 day work week
