Position Description

JMATEK is focused on driving continued market penetration and share gain in its core product categories, as well as entering and building new categories that are good fit. The Group pursues its strategic priorities in a data-driven, process-centric approach (using Lean Kaizen techniques) consistent with its new Operating Philosophy.

 Due to our rapid business expansion, JMATEK GLT is looking to strengthen its Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. The position provides internal data analysis support to the organization by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. Co-ordinates the handling of difficult and/or unusual situations.

Key Responsibilities:                    

• Conducting site survey and collecting data for performance review
  • Regular report on daily operation and departmental KPI calculation
  • Ad-hoc data analysis on operation, utilization
  • Create or maintain SOP
• Performance reporting and presentation – Create various performance reports,
• Record / Measure weekly Key performance indicators (KPI’s) for useful and actionable insights.
• Preparation of various demand and supply related forecasts / analytics reports to ultimately integrate financial and operational planning.

Critical Competencies:

1. Relevant Domain Expertise:  3+ years experience in sales data collection and analysis.
2. Strong Analytical Skills:  Detail-orientated, data-driven, analytical approach to work balanced with a pragmatic experience-based judgment.
3. Strong cooperation Skills:  Handle multiple projects concurrently.  Strong communication and influencing skills without using authority.
4. Winners’ Attitude:  Quick learner, pragmatic and creative with strong ambition to deliver results.  Entrepreneurial, owner’s mindset.
5. Best-in-class Data Analysis and Presentation Skills:  3+ years experience with proven strong Microsoft office skills

 Required Qualifications:

ŸBachelor Degree or above in Business, Industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management or relevant discipline.
