Our Client is a global sportswear brand and now looking for a Logistics Operation Executive to join their crew.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle local retail & overseas distributors' enquires related to stock transfer/ order processing/ logistics issues  
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers.
• Sales order processing and management
• Provide Daily support to the sales team
• General Clerical duties or any ad hoc duties assigned

 Requirements:

• Form 7 or above.
• At least 1- 2 years relevant working experience in order processing/ sales support/ logistics or customer service.
• Experience in Retail industry OR with Import/Export shipping experience will be an advantage.
• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Quick learner with an ability to work effectively and flexible enough to complete the job under time constraints
• Mature thinking, energetic, analytical, attention to details, well organized
• Hard working and take initiative toward problems and willing to take new challenges
• Proficient in the pivot table and vlookup
• Good command of both spoken & written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred
