Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Customer service and documentation
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to maintain a smooth operation
- Handle enquires and build up good relationship with clients to support after service team
- Follow up projects of retailers and shopping mall
- Assist and support any ad hoc projects/duties as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
- F.5 / DSE or above, with minimum 1 year experience in customer services, mass media or other related fields
- Proficient in Sketchup and technical details, Photoshop and related computer software as well
- Well organized, hard-working, initiative and can work under pressure, and independent
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proficiency on PC with good reporting skill
- Immediate available preferred
- Willing to travel
