Requirement:

• Diploma in accounting / finance or business administration or above;
• More than 2 years working experience in reporting, international trading or relevant experience,
• Candidates with more experience may consider as senior staff;
• Good command of both written & conversational English & Mandarin;
• Good computer knowledge with solid experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel;
• Well organized, with good interpersonal & communication skill;
• Detail-minded, mature, stable, willing to learn and able to work independently;
• Experience in other area such as logistic is an added advantage;
• Immediately available is highly preferred

 Duties:

• Liaise with factory and overseas customers on accounting issues;
• Maintain daily accounting operations and handle full set of accounts;
• Handle monthly report or other management report;
• Maintain documentation and filing systemically;
• Provide clerical support to the management;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as requested by management;
