Job description:   

• Responsible for management reporting including preparation of group management reports, forecast, and adhoc management reports on timely basis;
• Monitor accounts of subsidiaries in China and overseas;
• Prepare monthly business segmental report;
• Provide timely and relevant financial information to management for decision making and planning purposes;
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations;
• Supervise the day-to-day finance and accounting function of the group;
• Coordinate with other departments for the finance related matters and daily accounting transactions;
• Develop and coach the subordinates;
• Liaise with external auditors in interim and annual audit;
• Assist in all tax related matters;
• Assist and support corporate finance projects

Requirement:        

• Qualified Accountant and degree holder in Finance or Accounting discipline;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience gained in listed companies and/or reputable CPA firms (including 2 years of supervisory role);
• Hands-on experience in financial analysis, forecasting and consolidation;
• Familiar with HK and PRC accounting and taxations requirements;
• Able to work independently; pro-active, team player, hardworking and able to work under pressure;
• Fluency in Mandarin, and good in English and Cantonese.

5-day week and attractive remuneration package, including medical allowance and education allowance will be offered to the right candidate.
