Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to handle the sales order processing of distribution business
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure timely, efficient and effective supply of products to customers
• Ensure the sales return properly and timely handled
• Maintain proper customer master file and price book
• Lead the customer service team to perform efficient and quality customer services to internal and external parties
• Handle complaints and coordinate with cross functional teams to resolve problems
• Review practices and procedures for continuous improvement of operation process
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG / distribution industry with supervisory experience
• Good interpersonal skill, detail oriented and well-organized
• Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadline
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Immediate available preferred
