Focus Media Development Limited is a rapid growth advertising media and an A-Share listed company in China, our leading innovation enhanced the living circle of CBDs & residential over 220 cities. Our headquarter is based in Shanghai and we are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager in Hong Kong branch office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 w   Extent our media network at the elevator lobbies of premium office, commercial buildings, shopping arcades and hotels in Hong Kong

w   Identify and develop new business and growth opportunities in Hong Kong

w   Develop business opportunities with potential clients

w   Achieve business target and propose own target client list

 Requirements:

 w   5 years experience (less experience will be consider as Business Development Executive)

w   Prior experience in the real estate and/or media industry is an added advantage

w   Have a proven track record in business development in the industry or similar

w   Strong desire to be a pioneer to create and develop new sectors within the real estate and media industry

w   Able to work independently in a dynamic and fast paced environment and multi-task on various projects

 w   Strong decision making, planning and problem-solving skills

w   Innovative, proactive and independent with strong business sense

w   Excellent command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
