My client is the intermediary platform for services and a young and fast-growing startup well-funded company. They are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the growth of business. The role will lead the sales team in achieving the sales target, and requires a strong leadership in building a high-performance team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales team and develop the sales staff to meet the target

• Conduct and evaluate resources planning of the team

• Hire, coach and train the team member

• Collect and analyze sales data to prepare the report for the management
