Responsibilities:

l  Plan and implement sales and marketing strategies of various products and to achieve revenue and profit goals

l  Conduct analysis of customer research, marketing data and market intelligence, and to recommend appropriate actions for the company to achieve marketing and sales targets

l  Prepare and conduct sales and marketing presentations or event to strategic partners for getting business opportunities

l  Review and monitor business development and sales performance so as to meet the sales and service objectives.

l  Explore and analyze business potential and extend new services to increase market share and business sales;

l  Follow up projects independently.

Requirement:

l   Degree holder in Business related major is preferred

l   6+ years of demonstrated record of accomplishment within educational services

l   Demonstrates ability to drive and manage change in an fast growing organization

l   Customer-focused and good understanding of quality service delivery

l   Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese, Mandarin ability is a plus

l   Previous teaching, sales, marketing or school experience a definite advantage

l   Occasionally travel may be required

l   Working on Saturday or Sunday may be required
