The incumbent is responsible for handling customers’ enquiries by incoming calls/E-mails, complaints, and providing technical support to customers.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• 3 years experience in customer services (preferably in home appliance industry)
• Strong customer service mind, polite with good communication and problem solving skills
• Willing to improve continuously and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in PC applications
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Less working experience will be consider as customer service coordinator
