Job Description

Responsibilities:

•        Handle phone enquiries from customers in a professional manner

•        Resolve customer problems with appropriate solutions

•        Handle customer complaints

•        Perform ad hoc duties assigned by management

 

Requirements:

•        Diploma or above

•        Experience in customer servicing is definitely a plus

•        Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin

•        Familiar with Microsoft Office and good typing skill

•        Immediately available is preferred
