Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall operations of the export sales team

• Lead and drive sales and marketing strategy

• To explore and develop new business opportunities of overseas market

• Maintain and establish excellent relationship with overseas partners and   clients, and expand customer network

• Develop and execute full spectrum of overseas selling activities, brand management, advertising and promotions

Requirements:

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or other business related discipline

• Minimum 15 years solid experience in export sales, preferably in Injection Molding Machines or other industrial machineries

• Solid experience in export trading or manufacturing

• Demonstrated track record in driving growth, building up teams and has managed a sizable P&L

• Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin

• Overseas travel is necessary

• Strong leadership, proactive and fast responding

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Less experience and qualification will be considered as Senior Export Sales Manager.
