Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive the Sales Team to achieve sales targets
• Plan, formulate and implement sales strategies
• Develop and monitor annual sales budgets
• Liaise with key internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution of sales plans
• Identify and develop potential clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years working experience in retail and wholesale, preferably from cosmetic industry
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English 
• Immediately available is preferred
