Pomellato is currently looking for a Retail Operation specialist based in Hong Kong.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Directly reporting to the General Manager APAC, the candidate will provide assistance carrying out the Office daily operation, being responsible for the following activities:

• To monitor sales data;
• To manage product orders and monitor stock level;
• To support Stores’ needs (packaging, display materials, catalogues, etc);
• To share the Retail guidelines provided by the Italian HQ;
• To assist Store Managers and Sales teams with product sourcing and customer inquiries (product transfers, repairs, shipping status, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder with 4-5 years of experience in the role, gained in International Companies, preferably within the luxury / retail field;
• Positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational and time management skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills; team-work oriented;
• Excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Office;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
