Requirements

• Diploma or above, graduation in a relevant discipline is preferred
  
• An experience of 1-2 years in the relevant industry is desirable
• Knowledge of the basic accounting principles
• Well-organize, self-motivation and proactive team player
• With helpful attitude and result-driven mindset
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with difference levels
• Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a must)

Responsibilities

• Handle service hotline inquiries
• Prepare reports and data analysis summary for service review
• Gather and process service quotations and orders, provide important information regarding any changes in the goods and shipping status
• Interact with customers, contact the customers courteously via telephone, emails, letters, etc.
• Respond to service calls from customers and dispatch a query to the relevant engineer associates
• Resolve and handle customer grievances and complaints or special orders through emails and phone calls
• Acquire information from customers as well as explain the available services
• Coordinate the service requirements of customers with the appropriate departments as necessary for ensuring effective customer service
