SUMMARY

The Wholesale Executive is primarily responsible for supporting the Wholesale and Business Planning Manager in all matters relating to wholesale business of the brand. This includes commercial initiatives and back-office as well as marketing and communication matters involved in the development of the wholesale business partners. The scope will be international except Greater China market.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily wholesale partners requests
• Assortment definition of new openings
• Receive and proceed customers purchase order
• Update weekly wholesale sell-in/sell-out report
• Prepare with Merchandiser replenishment order for wholesale central stock
• Follow up with Supply Chain delivery planning
• Conduct market analysis (pricing, competitors’ development, travel retail expansion…)
• Prepare PowerPoint presentation
• Follow up new contract and contract renewal status
• Provide trainings to partners

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years working experience
• self-motivated with strong sales drive and persistency to achieve sales targets
• Customer-orientated and strong presentation skills
• Good analytical, organization and problem solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to travel
