Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints
  
• Coordinate among customers, agencies, warehouse and engineering team to deliver the goods and service
  
• Prepare subscription and statistic reports
  
• Coordinate regularly with global offices, resellers, etc.
  
• Assist Customer Services Manager on ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

• Degree holder or above
  
• 2 to 5 years’ experience or above in customer services related field
  
• Knowledge on CRM / SMS system will definitely be an advantage
  
• Proficiency in both written and oral communication in English and Chinese
  
• Proactive, eager to learn, good interpersonal skills and willing to work under pressure
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Services Executive
