Job Description
Job Details:
- Manage and coordinate order fulfilment activities
- Prepare customer invoices, reports, purchase & sales orders, etc.
- Manage general administration and daily operations
- Liaise with internal & external personnel
- Support ad-hoc warehouse operations
Requirements:
- Experience in administrative & logistics arrangement required
- F5+ certificate holder
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel, e.g. Vlookup
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
- Willing to learn in warehouse operations
- Attractive salary for suitable candidate
