Job Description
Major Job Accountabilities:
- Manage priorities for cargo booking/movement process.
- Optimize cargo flow through management of capacity planning, yield and aircraft routing.
- Perform various administrative duties related to the job.
- Implement systems and procedures to improve Polar Air Cargo’s global capacity and yield management process.
- Develop procedures that generate increased profitability and productivity and maximize load factors.
- Serves as an internal liaison between appropriate departments to ensure all customer and allocation commitments are met by meeting company standards.
- 24-hour/7days coverage, shift duties required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of air cargo industry experience.
- Thorough understanding of B747F aircraft performance and configuration.
- High degree of decision making skills and stress resistance.
- Strong ability to manage complex situations under time pressure.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
