Job Description

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle domestic deliveries and oversea logistics among suppliers and customers
Coordinate with suppliers on varies projects and orders to ensure deadlines and customer expectations are met
Supply materials and support our retail needs
Maintain product record and price update
Review and verify merchandise according to standard
Keep records of activities engaged in distributing and returning materials between partners/suppliers
Maintain inventory accuracy and system updating
Ad hoc project assigned by Management

REQUIREMENTS

3 to 5 years of experience with the jewellery industry
Supply chain and logistic experiences is preferred
Experience in sourcing will be a bonus
Detail-minded, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Organized, patient, be able to work under pressure
Excellent time management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines
Fluency in written and spoken English. Additional proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is a plus
Familiar with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
