PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle the daily operations including inbound / outbound  activity & inventory control
• Liaise with customers and vendors on a daily basis, checking all applicable documentation is  in place and fully compliant
• Provide excellent customer service to achieve the KPIs from customers and ensure requests are satisfied with ISO standard
• Monitor  team  performance  &  productivity and  achieve cost effectiveness
• Prepare monthly operation  analysis & billing reports
• Assist the Operations Manager on new business implementation, support on data analysis and perform other job related duties as and when requested by superior

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Higher or above, in Logistics and Warehouse Management or related discipline is preferable
• Proficiency in using PC application e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP
• Good command of English and Mandarin will be an advantage
• Good communication skills both internally / externally and problem-solving skills
• Well organized, responsible, initiative, positive and able to work under pressure
• 3 years or above relevant experience in supply chain and logistics is preferable
• Immediate available is preferable
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Operation Executive
