Job Description

• To replenish respective market, process and monitor all shipments of FGs to customers'/markets' defined destination on time with no errors in accompanying documents for efficient and smooth shipment clearance. To provide market with reports, eg, shipment recap for shipment monitoring, aging analysis report for easier understanding of download data from SAP which will assist customers/markets in reporting activities.    
  
  
• To review supply and demand of markets based on Market's sales forecast and if necessary to discuss matters via conference call to ensure that all parties involved (market , customer services , supplying plant) are aware of the current market situation and will cohesively organize and correlate with each other to ensure that demand are sufficiently met at Market's requested delivery. To ensure Out of Stock situation does not occur and are concurrently meeting targeted Days of Inventory Outstanding (DIO) for each market. Analyze sales figures provided by market versus the importation/replenishment figures, in cases, like tax increase, promotion activities, etc and to obtain market's confirmation before finalizing suitable importation/ replenishment plans, taking into consideration the production plant capacity. Downloading aging report from SAP at the end of each month and forward to market the inventory level currently in market's plant and how to work towards a better/desirable DIO if possible. 
  
  
• For new FGs - to maintain sales , purchasing and storage views of the material master in SAP. To be responsible as co-ordinator for Asia warehouse plant and co-ordinate with relevant intercompany markets and Costing department to maintain the necessary material master views, Purchase Info Records (PIR) and Source List (SL) which will enable smooth planning, ordering, production and delivery. 
  
  
• Purchase FGs for customers/markets by converting Purchase Requisitions (PRs) generated from Advance Planning Optimizer (APO) to Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP and forward approved POs to supplying plants for production planning, production and final delivery. To co-ordinate wth Global Procurement, Geneva to maintain and update Purchase Info Record (PIR) and source list (SL) to ensure smooth process of purchasing activities.
  
  
• To initiate, co-ordinate, monitor and assist customers/ markets in handling ,liasing (eg, QC, Global Risk, Independent Surveyors, Shipping Lines, JTI & JT Supplying Plants & Vendors) and preparing of documentation for shipment claim submission for subsequent settlement and closure.
  
  
• To lease with BSC Financial Planning and Analyst (FP&A) and customers/markets in regards to new FG development and to be main co-coordinator to maintain PIR/ SL & TP in SAP and to review that its maintained correctly in SAP.  And to handle special assignments/projects and any other tasks assigned by the company.
  
  
• Operates ACS business accordingly to JTI corporate guidelines and procedures and ensures full compliance to JTI SA PE Controls, JTI Operating Guidelines, JTI Policies & Procedures, JSOX Controls, CH-SOX Controls, JTI Code of Conduct requirements & JTI Factory EHS Requirements by taking full accountability of the safety measure in maintaining ZERO LTI in the factory as well as performing the tasks in a safe and good environment manner.
  
  
• To handle special assignments/projects and any other tasks assigned by the company.                  

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years working experience in dealing with clients in export oriented environment, experience in supply chain mangement would be an added advantage.
  
  
• Able to speak and write English well and computer literate.  SAP knowledge would be an advantage.
