Responsibilities:

• Process the applications for work permits, prohibited area and restricted zone permits as well as filming, visits, survey and delivery
• Handle traffic accident reports, liaise with concerned parties and follow up on the claim case involving damaged property
• Provide assistance in the contract administration on service contracts
• Coordinate and work on assigned projects in an organized manner
• Support and coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to review and implement operation plants to mitigate the potential impact to road operations

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Transportation studies, Logistics or other related disciplines with minimum 1 year’ transport related working experience, preferably with knowledge in road traffic planning and management
• Higher diploma holder with minimum 3 years’ working experiences in road traffic management will also be considered
• Being a good team player, detail-oriented, enthusiastic and self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Competent PC skills in MS office esp. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Knowledge in Putonghua will be an advantage
• Possession of valid HK driving license with Class 1 or Class 2 endorsement
