Responsibilities:

• Coordinate shipments with carrier, suppliers and forwarder
• Handle full set of import and export shipping and banking documents
• Handle purchase order, including order processing and logistics arrangement
• Plan and follow up shipping schedule
• Ensure suppliers, freight forwarder and 3PL on time delivery
• Prepare shipment reports

Requirements:

• At least 2 years relevant experience or above
• Experienced in Air Freight, Sea Freight, Logistics and Supply Chain coordination
• Excellent time management, ability to deal with suppliers and freight forwarders
• Able to handle multi-tasks and possess a high level of initiative and integrity
• Good communication skills and capable to interact with all levels
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good PC skills.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Shipping Clerk
• Immediate available is highly preferred
