A Fast East Trading Company in Kowloon Bay -  is URGENTLY looking for a Shipping Clerk - with requirements as follows :

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily full set of I/E shipping and banking documents
• Co-ordinate with internal teams/manufactures to organize shipment
• Liaise with suppliers and forwarders to follow up all shipping documents
• Perform Tradelink EDI entry
• Update the shipment status and prepare delivery documents

Requirements：

• Secondary graduated or above
• 1-2 years working experiences in full set of I/E shipping and banking documents
• Experiences in trading company is preferred
• Well-versed in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Cheerful, well-organized, energetic, positive and attention to details
• Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred
