Company Description

Our client is one of the well established leading F&B company with Headquarter in Hong Kong. Because of the extensive internal career opportunity, they are now looking for a replacement for the Business Analysis Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Report to Head of Supply Chain and lead 3 sub-ordinates
• Drive Annual Operating Plan/ Budgeting / Quarterly Business Review for Supply Chain Team.
• Review and analyze monthly financial performance and KPI metrics. Set targets and direction on financial/ operation performance relating to Supply Chain Team
• Maximize company's profit by controlling Supply Chain at corporate level
• Provide analysis to identify opportunities and risk for the Supply Chain
• Review and develop solutions with stakeholders to have well control on P&L Cost of Sales and Other Direct Costs and discuss with stakeholders
• Improve internal control and implement process enhancement in the entire of Supply Chain team and take appropriate actions with relevant parties
• Assist in ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of experience in financial analysis in retail / service oriented industry
• Excellent business modelling skills and advance skill in MS Excel
• Good command of spoken and written communication skills in English and Cantonese
