Responsibilities:

• Handling full set of I/E shipping documents and declaration lodgment independently
• Contacting and coordinate with external and internal parties for shipment issues
• Keeping track of the shipment schedule and to ensure prompt delivery
• Preparing regular reports & perform general clerical duties
• Compliance to company regulations & policies
• Assisting Supervisor/Senior on ad hoc assignment

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• 3 years relevant experience in shipping with food trading background or knowledge in food regulations will be an advantage but not essential
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Tradelink and import procedures
• Good command in English and Putonghua
• Motivated and good communication skills
• Diligent, hard work, Independent and reliable
• Immediate available preferred
