Responsibilities:

• Review and implement warehouse & logistics operational procedures and workflow for improving efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead and support the team to handle daily warehouse & logistics operation
• Ensure accurate inventory and logistics records     
• Set and review KPIs for the team on performance and cost control
• Lead the team to adopt the best practice in warehouse safety and customer services
• Organize storage at warehouse, and plan space efficiently
• Prepare various inventory and operation reports for management review and action
• Work closely with internal and external parties in improving operations and efficiency
• Support management to achieve company’s objectives and targets
• Responsible to ensure proper staff training on inventory operation and logistics operation
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management;
• Comply with regulatory and ISO requirements

 Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above, or in Logistics related discipline
• Minimum 8 years in warehouse and logistic operations management
• Strong supervisory and management skills
• Proficiency in PC operations
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
