Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Handle full set of documents (Booking, HB/L, MB/L, Cargo Manifest, input AMS/EMS & pre-alert…. & etc.)
- Handle plan-loading per consol shipment
- Booking via web site & phone with carriers & Master co-loaders
- Deliver the completed set documents for carriers
- Sorting / filing set of documents
- Liaise with vendors, warehouse and transport team to ensure timely delivery
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Form 5 or above
- Possess 3 years or above working experience
- Computer literacy
- Self-motivated, aggressive and willing to work overtime
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal, good communication and analytical skills
- Immediate available is preferred
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Asst. Operations Supervisor
