Job Description
Perform all shipping functions and ad-hoc projects :
- Handling global shipments
- Management and Admin reporting
- ERP data input
- Check balance TT payment, Deposit payment or Letter of Credit issuance
- Co-ordinate scheduled shipments and documents preparation
- Full set LC, I/E shipping documents
- Liaison with overseas offices and suppliers.
- Handle ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- At least 2 years or above operational experience in trading company
- Assist shipping department to handle full set of shipping, import & export documentation, banking document and shipping report
- Familiar with MS Office applications especially in Excel & Chinese word processing and experience in ERP system
