Responsibilities:

• Handling orders processing - picking and packing; arranging delivery
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock & inventory records
• Managing of stock level and arrange stock replenishments
• Handling shipment processing
• Responsible for regular stock count and inventory management
• Communicate with internal departments to fix matter
• Ad hoc administrative assignments as required

Requirement:

• Over 3 years solid experience in warehousing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dynamic proactive
• Able to work under pressure and independently
• Self-motivated and ability to motivate others
• Good in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Experience in the field of Cosmetic, Beauty or Healthcare is highly preferred
• Good in Beauty POS system
