Job Requirements
- Form 5 graduate or above
- 3 years relevant experience in trading or manufacturing company
- Familiar with Tradelink declaration and online booking with forwarders
- Previous experience in full set of import and export documents
- Good computer knowledge in using MS Word, Excel, Chinese WP
- Well-organized, team player, energetic with cheerful personality
- Immediate available will be a great advantage
Job Responsibilities
- Perform shipping duties including online booking and tradelink declaration
- Coordinate shipment delivery arrangement and prepare related documents
- Handle full set I/E documents and maintain the shipment status in the system
