Job Description:

• Consolidate relevant information like rates and services from different suppliers and carriers to standardize the company's air freight service portfolio
• Deal with daily inquiries from DACHSER branches, key account management and sales for both air export and import
• Liaise with overseas branchse, airlines, carriers and subcontractors to offer the best solution for RFQs after having operated with operations and airfreight / gateway managers.
• Maintain updated price sheets and network tariffs
• Update database on FSC/SSC adjustment and airline requirements
• Consolidate and analyze market information and costs for strategic tender pricing
• Provide updated rates to the sales teams to ensure that existing business is maintained and new accounts are secured
• Analyze the price structure and prepare regularly reporting to the Management
• Handle futher ad-hoc air freight pricing projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above
• Extensive air freight industry experience; at least eight years relevant working experience in both Hong Kong and South China
• In-depth know-how of internal and external air freight operational processes and regulations
• Familiar with market rates for different trade lanes out of Hong Kong and South China area
• Experienced in pricing strategies, airline management and negotiation processes
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical skills, result-oriented
• Mature, independent, highly motivated and well organized
• Very good command of spoken and written English and spoken Putonghua
• Proficient in MS office applications, in particular strong MS Excel skills 
• Familiar with project management techniques and tools
• Knowledge of Lotus Noted would be an advantage
