Job Description
Job Mission:
To liaise with internal and external counterparts on the preparation of full set shipping documents and coordinate shipping schedule.
Responsibility:
- Handle full set of I/E shipping & banking documents and customs declaration till payment phase
- Follow up key account operation documents independently
- Communicate proactively with suppliers, inspection agents and forwarders to effect the shipments
- Data entry to SAP/logistics system and other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 5 years independent experience in handling full set of I/E and banking documents
- Knowledge in L/C issuance and inspection arrangement
- F.5 with good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Communicative Putonghua
- Familiar with Outlook, Excel and Word
- Experienced in SAP an advantage
- Immediate available
